To access the full features of 25ph, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on 25ph. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 25ph reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any Funds or Bonuses held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 25ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 25ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
25ph may require you to complete identity verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when required by applicable regulations. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 25ph may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
You must keep your Account information up to date at all times. Any changes to your personal details, including your registered mobile number or email address, must be updated promptly through your Account settings or by contacting 25ph support.
25ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 25ph's discretion.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 25ph reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their Account settings.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 25ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on 25ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 25ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 25ph may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy. Players will be notified before any fees are applied. Remaining balances will be returned to the Player upon request and successful KYC verification.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 25ph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.
25ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players.
25ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players as soon as reasonably practicable.
Each game available on 25ph is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 25ph. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification within the platform. 25ph reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed applicable limits or that are placed in circumstances suggesting irregular activity.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 25ph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the Players' Accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
Sports betting on 25ph covers events including PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, Premier League football, and sabong, among others. Odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. 25ph follows standard sports betting rules regarding event cancellations, postponements, and walkovers, which are detailed in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 25ph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 25ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 25ph cannot guarantee absolute security.

25ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 25ph's reasonable control. 25ph will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from platform downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 25ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 25ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. 25ph is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the platform. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and for managing your gaming activity responsibly.

Upon termination for cause, any Funds associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 25ph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 25ph platform, you agree to first contact 25ph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 25ph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 25ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
25ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 25ph will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the 25ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
